Screens are shaping our children’s attention, emotions, motivation, and relationships every single day.Â
The issue isn’t whether screens are present.
It’s whether the adults guiding children feel confident, aligned, and equipped to respond.
This research-based, on-demand training gives parents and educators a shared understanding of how screen habits influence the developing brain — and how to strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and learning without shame or extremes.
