She has extensive experience working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders and supports schools in implementing Tier 1 practices that promote psychological safety and student wellbeing. As a consultant with Northshore Learning, Jacky provides training and coaching to educators on effective, research-informed strategies for building positive classroom climates. Her background also includes work in educational research and professional development, equipping her with a deep understanding of how to translate evidence-based practices into sustainable, real-world implementation.
